Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy, highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our senior retail leadership team. In this role, you'll be the right hand to executives leading a fast-paced, multi-unit retail business. From calendar management and travel planning to internal communication and operational support, you’ll help ensure our retail leadership team is set up for success each day.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for retail executives
· Serve as the point of contact between field leadership and executive team
· Coordinate and prepare materials for district and regional manager calls, leadership meetings, and store visits
· Draft and proofread internal communications and presentations
· Support scheduling and planning of key retail events, such as store openings, leadership summits, and reward and recognition meetings
· Track and submit expense reports and ensure proper documentation for retail-related travel
· Collaborate with HR, operations, and marketing to help execute retail initiatives
· Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information, including performance reviews and personnel matters

Qualifications:
· 3–5 years of experience supporting senior-level leaders, preferably in retail or a multi-unit environment
· Strong understanding of retail operations and the pace of field leadership
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Zoom/Teams
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and time management skills
· Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
· High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
